چکیده
Key message A novel multi-environment competition individual-tree mixed model resulted in better fit, and greater individual narrow- broad-sense heritabilities than the without competition, notably for traits showing competition. In tests, proposed would allow tree breeders to select genotypes with best performance both additive direct breeding values, increasing forest productivity. ContextGenetic merit of trees is known be affected interact local effects as well changes across environmental conditions. Recent studies showed that genetic can affect variance bias its covariance values has been variable traits.AimsThe present paper extends a mixed-model methodology problem accounting set trials exploring impact on variances correlation.MethodsThe illustrated using data from two full-sib Pinus elliottii var. × caribaea hondurensis F1. Dispersion parameters (co)variance total were estimated diameter at breast height, stem straightness age 10.ResultsFor (diameter height height), gave fit simpler model. Accounting increased variance, reduced residual variances, did not change significantly across-site correlation. However, top 5% rankings differences.ConclusionWhen are strongly by inter-tree use analyses efficiently identify phenomenon general benefits fitting components open door basis competitiveness.

A multi-objective genetic algorithm (MOGA) for hybrid flow shop scheduling problem with assembly operation
Scheduling for a two-stage production system is one of the most common problems in production management. In this production system, a number of products are produced and each product is assembled from a set of parts. The parts are produced in the first stage that is a fabrication stage and then they are assembled in the second stage that usually is an assembly stage. In this article, the first...
متن کاملA multi-objective mathematical model for nurse scheduling problem with hybrid DEA and augmented ε-constraint method: A case study
The efficient management of nursing personnel is of vital importance in a hospital’s environment comprising a vast share of the hospital’s operational costs. In the nurse scheduling problem (NSP), the target is to allocate shifts to the nurses in order to satisfy the hospital’s demand during the planning horizon by considering different objective functions. This paper presents a multi-objective...

Choosing the proper supplier has a critical role in design of supply chain. This problem is complicated because each supplier may fulfills some of the manufacturer criteria and choosing the best supplier is a Multiple-Criteria Decision Making problem. This paper proposes a novel hybrid approach to rank suppliers in advertising industry and considers two new criteria to evaluate the suppliers in...
